Product Introduction

Product Profile

Derived from boiler membrane water wall structural concepts, this apparatus utilizes a robust, fully welded jacketed drum composed of high-pressure steel tubes and steel fins. This equipment is custom-built to conquer highly aggressive, corrosive, and chaotic material profiles full of oversized components or abrasive particles. It delivers reliable cooling and conveying for high-temperature slag, powdered/granular activated carbon, highly crystalline graphite, biomass high-alkali ash, and hazardous chemical by-products.

 Operating Principle

Volatile materials enter the spacious drum through a specialized jam-free inlet. As the transmission system drives the entire membrane-wall sleeve into rotation, the material is steadily propelled forward by wear-resistant helical vanes welded onto the membrane walls. High-pressure cooling water circulates at high velocity inside the fully sealed steel tubes and jacket channels, executing intensive, direct indirect heat exchange with the rough materials through highly conductive steel walls.

Core Technical Advantages

l Membrane Panel Architecture with Heavy Armor: The inner perimeter consists of a robust, fully welded membrane panel layout that provides excellent direct heat transfer and massive resistance against thermal shocks. The spacious internal chamber is fully armored with replaceable high-chromium cast iron or special alloy wear liners, maximizing uptime under punishing abrasive contexts (such as hard graphite lumps or sharp metallurgical slag).

l Jam-Free Interception & Mechanical Scrapers: The inlet assembly features an integrated grid screening device to block oversized foreign obstacles at the source. Simultaneously, proprietary internal mechanical scrapers completely eliminate material caking, bridging, and scaling of sticky activated carbon or powders on the walls.

l Integral Design with Zero Relative Motion: The internal flights and the membrane wall drum rotate synchronously as a single body. This eliminates violent relative friction and material shearing, ensuring minimal power consumption and removing mechanical jamming hazards.

l Dynamic VFD Output Adaptation: Built with an advanced variable speed control module, supporting seamless adjustments to the drum speed based on rapid fluctuations in manufacturing production or material density. This ensures precise discharge rate regulation and interfaces effortlessly with the plant's automation room.

l Hermetic Zero-Leakage Sealing: Armed with a heavy-duty mechanical pack sealing housing and airtight discharge structures, locking down 100% of fine fugitive dust when managing micro-sized graphite fines or hazardous industrial gases.
