The LS-type screw conveyor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T7679—95 "Screw Conveyor" standard and serves as the next-generation product of the GX-type screw conveyor. The head and tail bearings are moved outside the casing, and the suspension bearings use sliding bearings equipped with dust-proof sealing devices. The bushings are generally made of powder metallurgy, while felt bushings are used for cement transportation. The suspension shaft and screw shaft are connected via sliders, allowing the screw to be disassembled without moving the drive unit and the suspension bearings to be disassembled without moving the screw.          Additionally, the suspension bearings can be lubricated without removing the cover plate. Screw conveyors are widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, power, metallurgy, coal, and grain. They are suitable for horizontally or inclined conveying of powdered, granular, and small lump materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, and grain, with material temperatures below 200°C. It is important to note that screw conveyors are not suitable for conveying perishable, highly viscous, or easily agglomerated materials.
