Humidifying Mixer

The dust conditioning mixer is used for humidifying and mixing powdery materials to prevent dust emission during transport. When discharging ash from the power plant silo, dry ash is evenly fed into the main unit by a rotary feeder. Twin-shaft spiral blades forcefully mix the ash with a controlled amount of water (moisture content 15%~20%) before discharge, enabling dust-free transport. The equipment consists of feeding, mixing, water spraying, and electric control systems. Blades are made of wear-resistant alloy. PLC interlocking control is provided. Handling capacity ranges from 10 to 200 t/h. Fully sealed design ensures smooth operation. Widely used for dry ash and powder humidification in power plants, steel mills, chemical plants, and other industries.
